Elzybells, #34 blue, white and silver

En ook de laatste challenge van dit jaar bij Elzybells Art Stamps ,alweer nummer 34, iedereen begint echt in kerst stemming te komen, de boom staat, de kinderen hebben vakantie en er ligt... sneeuw! De challenge is deze keer om een kaart/creatie te maken met de kleuren blauw, wit en zilver. Ik heb een beetje gesmokkeld want ik had geen zilver cardstock maar heb een zachte kleur grijs genomen. Het resultaat is ook erg glitterig geworden, sorry! *lol*, maar dat zal wel aan de tijd van het jaar liggen.

And again a not xmas related card, I'm getting in the mood for Valentines with all the gorgeous  Valentine's stamps being released at the moment
This is not a new stamp but nevertheless I think it's a darling Belles 'n Whistles stamp to make a a card for a sweet friend. (Or perhaps an invitation for a little girls birthday!) I got mine at Bunny Zoe's Crafts and together with the gorgeous My Mind's Eye designpaper they make a lovely match.

Elzybells Art Stamps, challenge 33

 

Yeah time for another Elzybells Art Stamps challenge! *Ahum* well the challenge has been up for some time at the Elzybells Blog but I hadn't earlier time to play. I always love the Elzybells challenges because they make you think outside the box:-P This time the challenge is to create a xmas gift or packaging. I've done both, made a gift for a sweet friend and created for this gift a packaging;-) As you know I love making little gifts for friends, it's always a joy to put a smile on someone's face if they receive something home made. Especially when a friend could use a little extra because of going through rough times...

Okay back to the challenge. I've bought this cute little matchbox at a dutch store "Action" (don't ya love the shape of it, I've never seen a triangel shaped matchbox before!) and decorated it with Kraft cardstock, designpaper and ofcourse a sweet Elzybells image. To go along with this present I've put some tea lights in a cellofane bag and made a tag from Kraft on top of it. To make these gifts a real set, I've used the same button and sentiment.

Elzybells Art Stamps- #32 Seeing stars

Op de Elzybells Art Samps blog is de nieuwe uitdaging Seeing Stars, een superleuke uitdaging als je toch ook nog bezig bent met het maken van kerstkaarten. Nope ben nog steeds niet klaar (elke keer als ik er één af heb is tie alweer verkocht;-)) Ik heb hier gekozen voor Snowflake Angel samen met dit schattige sentiment is het een geweldig setje en heel toepasselijk voor deze challenge!

Als basis heb ik Kraft Cardstock genomen, de randen beinkt met Sugar Candy(what's in a name *lol* it's real yummie Ink to use;-)) Het jurkje van het engeltje is gepaperpieced met het designpapier wat ik heb gebruikt.

Elzybells Art Stamps, handmade with love...

Tsja en daar zit je dan, naar aanleiding van mijn laatste post over kerstkaartjes had ik toch zoiets van mmmh en al je craftie dinnetjes dan? Die kun je toch moeilijk een "gekochte" kerstkaart sturen, nope so true, de gedachte alleen al tjeempie! Dus ik heb de stoute schoenen aangetrokken en ben vandaag lekker bezig geweest met Kraft paper en Elzybells stempels. Het is zeker anders als anders, clean and simple. Ik hou dr van!

 

Uit een vel Kraft paperheb ik vier keer 10 x 20 gesneden, dubbel gevouwen en bestempeld met witte pigment inkt Sugar candy (best I ever bought!) de tiny snowflake en text Sending Love at christmas Een touwtje opgebonden (ooit gezien bij de Bruna op een Marjolein bastin kaart) met een hartjes charm. Polar bear is gestempeld op smooth white card en gekleurd met Prisma's, klein knoopje op z'n buik, wat Stickles hier en daar...klaar! Van deze kaartjes zullen er nog een heleboel volgen zeker omdat ze makkelijk te maken zijn, als je eenmaal je basismodel klaar hebt, maar toch handmade with love:-)

Pink Cat Studio - Digi Release Oct.29th 2009

 

Tijd voor een digi release van Pink Cat Studio het is weer donderdag! De digi stempeltjes van Melissa worden met de week leuker, if possible;-) Dit is Lily Hot Cocoa en jawel ik heb weer een project gemaakt om een sachet voor warme chocomelk in te doen, ach voor mij hoort warme chocomelk nou eenmaal bij deze tijd van het jaar, lekker met slagroom en van die witte spekjes hoehetendiedingenookalweer oh ja marshmellows, YUMMY hoe zoeter hoe beter!

Het doosje is gemaakt van het gave Kraft cardstock te koop bij Elzybells Art Stamps, gosh I love this paper it's so versatile!

Melissa komt nu ook met wat digi stempels voor Chanoekah, wel bekend als het joodse lichtjesfeest. Gezien mijn joodse achtergrond vond ik het superleuk om hiermee te werken! Je leert nog eens wat want ik wist nog niet wat een dreidel was *Ü*, mocht je geintresseerd zijn klik dan --->hier<---

 

Meet Hanukkah Lily, ik heb haar op een tag gezet en er een cellofaan tasje aangehangen gevuld met chocolade munten die gebruikt kunnen worden als inzet bij het dreidel spel:-) Ik heb niet gekozen voor de tradtitionele blauw, zilver, goud en wit maar juist voor wat kleur, Hope I didn't offend anyone by using these colors but I didn't knew much about this celebration even though I have a Jewish background:) It's always nice to learn something about your ancestors.

Elzybells Art Stamps, Handmade

The workshop of this project was included with the Card Art Card Kit this month, it's a little tiny notebook very handy for in your purse to write down a note so self *lol* I've used Elzybells Art Stamps from a previous release.

Sets I've used are Stamp and Scrap and Queen of Stamping. Two very funny sets that are real "must haves" if you have many craft friends to whom you sent cards/creations. The sentiments are hilarious (I know, I've said it before but they make me smile everytime I read them;-))

Card Art, Mini Card Kit...Let it Snow

The Joy Fold Card is made with the other Mini Card Kit from Card Art that's called "Let it Snow" I've used some cute Elzybells Art Stamps, Winter Girl and Reindeer and Star , they fit so perfectley well with this awesome designpaper!

Card Art Card Kit, September

It's time for the newest Card Art Card Kit! With this month again gorgeous designpaper,embellie's and a lovely (and huge!) surprise for all the members. It has something to do with Elzybells Art Stamps but I can't say anything more or else I'm going to spoile the suprise;-) You are for sure gonna like it!

I've combined the Card Kit with Teddy Surprise from Elzybells Art Stamps  and colored with Prisma Color Pencils.

 

And I needed a card for my aunt and uncle who are having their wedding anniversary this monday. So I took Raining Hearts together with the sentiment To a special couple 'cause that's what they are;-)

Elzybells Art Stamps, Creative Mess

Have you seen the new Elzybells Art Stamps release? If you haven't, you've got to give it a go and hop over to the Elzybells online shop! Really, Elizabeth has designed some sets that are hilarious and when you like fun sentiments they are definitley a must have. Those sets have sentiments that are great to send to your scrapbook/stamp friends. I'm sure when they receive a card with sentiments like this, it it will put a big, big smile on their face!

Need I say more *lol*

I have stamped an Elzybell form the Stamp&Scrap set on Smooth White Card (and smooth is it, woooow this paper works awesome with pencils and odorless spirits!) and colored with Prisma Color Pencils. Inside the card I've stamped a sentiment form the Stamsp&Scrap Sentiment set.
